- How can I know you are legit? 900+ reviews on Tripadvisor alone vouch for us. We’ve just started collecting reviews on Google, but you can also find a few dozens there already. We’ve also appeared on international media.
- Can you skip lines at the top sites? Yes, our licensed guides are entitled to skip lines at the top sites, and when that’s not an option we purchase priority tickets.
- Are your tour guides official? Yes, all our guides are licensed by the Catalan government.
- Do your tours include transportation? It depends. We offer both walking tours and car tours of the city. Walking tours may require taxi or subway rides, that you pay for as you go. Chauffeured city tours and day trips out of town include a private professional driver with a fully insured Mercedes vehicle.
- Are your tours kid friendly? Barcelona is very child friendly, and our tour guides are great at keeping the little ones happy and entertained. We don’t recommend tours longer than 6 hours for the youngest ones, though.
- Are your tours accessible? We do our best, but we are limited by the conditions available at each site. Each tour description specifies the energy levels that the itinerary requires. And we are always happy to adapt the itinerary so you can cover way more than you would on your own!
- Is VAT included? All required taxes are included. Check out our FAQ to find more about what’s included and excluded.
- Do you do Gaudi Tours? Sure! We are Gaudi specialists and we have probably the widest offer of tours about Gaudi architecture in Barcelona. This is our best seller.
- What’s the best for for cruise passengers? Our chauffeured highlights tour is the favorite of cruise passengers.
- Can we start at the airport? Yes, we can send a driver to pick you up at the airport, then you’ll meet your tour guide in the city to start your tour. Here is an example of what can be done in 4 hours.
- What are the most popular day trips out of town? Our half day trip to Montserrat is our best selling day trip, followed by our full day tour of Girona and Figueres (Dali Museum).
